If you want to see good property with poor management then please visit here. The property is good with all amenities, but they don't have sufficient staff. One staff (Ritik) is handling all your queries, most of the time, no one is at reception or you will find locked reception. The intercom is not working, they have a television in the room but wifi is not working. They have a geyser in the bathroom, but hot water is not coming. They are claiming dinner time is 9 PM to 10.30 PM, but when you are visiting the restaurant at 10.00 PM, all the food containers are blank. You have to ask for each item to fill, and they will fill a few, for a few, they have a sorry word, "Sorry sir, kheer to khatam ho gayi". In the morning Breakfast, they are not serving basic things like bread butter jam, boiled eggs, or omelets. If you ask "Bhaiya, bacho ke liye sandwich bana denge?" you will get an answer "Sorry, bread to khatam ho gayi hai". At the time of checkout, when I was giving the above feedback to the Manager and expecting some compensation, he has only one word "Sorry sir, I can't do anything with the booking amount, abhi hum log reception ke samne he restaurant bana rahe hain, next time se problem nahi hoga". Sorry Manager, next time neither I am coming not suggesting anyone to visit your property.
