Location and rooms were nice so was the staff.
The food could have been better but there are options in walking distance. The road to hotel isnt bad and we drove easily.

The property was not at all clean, we also called room service and they came after one hour. Food was not at all good. Room was dirty when we went there. There were marks on floor and walls. Room was also smelling bad. I didn’t liked the property at all.

Staff was very nice and cooperative,Vinod, Bhuwan and khushboo bisht,Prateek are specially star staff.management also took action quickly if u had any issue,so no worries just go there ,worry free, location and food also good. .........

💓💓💓💓Good property with very good service. Staff is very friendly.good tracking n meditation with mr Manoj ji. Room quality is very clean .good location with Himalayas view. After coming back i am missing 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 being in Himalayas by the lake hill hotel Mukteshwar 💓💓💓💓💓💓

Stay was amazing. The property has a beautiful view with courteous and helpful staff. Prateek was very proactive and provided great service during breakfast. Special shoutout to manoj bisht for the morning trek activity. The location was beautiful and he took some great photos!

The stay has been comfortable but they need to focus on their kitchen, there's a room of improvement in that area. But a special mention for pratik who ensured that the service remains 'just perfect. For the next time, hope to get a better food expense as well!
