Lovely hotel based in Nainital. It is based around 5 km away from the mall road. Food was great and so was the service.. special mention to Manoj Bisht who was very helpful. They need to have a policy for noisy guests though who roam through corridors shouting and while having dinner. Also their wifi was very bad throughout the stay which was something they need to work on.

The stay, restaurant Service, food and the views are excellent. The Service of Mr Lalit and Mr Manoj Bisht were extra good . Suggest to have more spread in Breakfast and Dinner options. There should be options for room upgrade in the Premier rooms. The local authentic food e.g. Pahari Shikaar were exceptionally nice.

Excellent food and services. I loved butter chicken and phirni. Restaurant staffs Pushkar and Abhishek were very cooperative. We have taken buffet mean and was good option there. Had limited option in sweets but Phirni was good. May add fish in the main course.

I stayed with my Family at Sterling Nainital for 2 days. The location is little far from the main town which makes it perfect for quiet vacation. The rooms were clean and spacious. The valley view from the room is Spectacular. Room service is excellent. Thanks to Lucky for quick help with the room services. The food was great and tasty. Especially I liked their service at the restaurant where they gave attention to each table. Thanks to Abhishek for that. Overall it’s a good stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit.
