The hotel is a bit pricey for the value offered but one can ignore it for the sake of it's history of Britishers & Royals. But l want to highlight one very negative aspect of this heritage property. It's about the restaurant. It's not food (which is good) but the waiters. Very talkative, nosy & irritating. I know they try to act over friendly to attract more tips, but everyone may not like to be disturbed while talking to his wife or having food. Their uninvited opinions on type of food seniors (we are seniors) should eat was disgusting. One of the waiters wanted to be tipped a night prior to my checkout as he was not on duty at my checkout time. Very cheap, un-royal & un-british. This was never our heritage. I advice the management to restrain restaurant waiters. For this one reason 1 may not return to this property,.

We stayed at WelcomHeritage Ashdale and we loved this property. Rooms are nicely made and having old vintage theme. Staff is quite helpful and co Operative.Property is just near the mall road and it has space for morning walk, indoor and out door games. Overall it was a Great experience.

This boutique hotel is a great option for the travellers travelling to nainital as it's near the mall road approx 800 mtrs at the same time it's away from the hustle bustle of the town .Proper has ample amount of parking for your cars as the town has parking issue.Food options are pretty good as There is a Veradah cafe which serves tit bits and snacks during the day and rooms are best thing you. An have .We had a room on first floor having a nice view of the mountains.we were lucky to witness snow fall during our stay.Thanks to your team Mr.Ansari for making our stay a memorable one.

This is the number 1 Hotel in Nainital in all aspects. Service, food, cleanliness, over all hospitality is all very good. Staff is quick and responsive. You get access to Naini Boat House Club if you stay at Ashdale. I will come back to the hotel next in Nainital.

Excellent location, beautifully done property, extremely courteous staff and beautifully done rooms. Special mention to Mr. Ranjeet Kanwal for making our stay extremely comfortable and Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Mohan, Mr Kuldeep and Mr. Ganesh for extremely good service and making our experience memorable. Recommend this property to all!

Amazing Experience!!! I have been travelling for last 40 years.. one word to describe this Property is “Most serene stay amidst the mountains”. Trust me, be it food, hospitality or care this Team is always there for you. It’s a very heritage property of MahaRajas and they still maintain it so well… You feel like staying in an European getaway… try it once if you are in Nainital

The stay was very good but the manpower was very less there was only 2-4 staffs. I would suggest the hotel to hire more staff as in 2-4 staffs the food i ordered came in 1 hour 55 mins exactly
