Hotel Mount N Lake

All lower rated reviews are true. Premuim rooms are just fake and one can get these rooms at 500/- each night. No space in rooms to keep luggage. Hotel is at odd location and one cannot think for a walk at Mall road. Pick and drop service is till 8pm only and post that u have to book your own cab to reach hotel. Worst hotel in my life time.

One of the worst hotel in my life I have been to , it’s far away from Mall Road and even if they have pick and drop facility u have to come back by 8 . Rooms are not the same that have been shown in videos . Would request that no one should visit this hotel as staff was very rude as well .

Horrible...Wouldnt advice it for family people...location is at a very steep place..need to walk/ climb 1km from mall road...rooms are very small and bedsheets ***** with other amenities are dirty..common balcony for all the rooms...staff behaviour is rude...stags can still spent when available around 1k-1.2k ...families should stricly avoid

First I will start with the Pros 1) Food is really nice reasonable and fresh, only best thing I have noticed. 2) Pickup and drop service from Mall road to hotel well it so conditional but it works as it do have time restriction. Cons 1) Worst cleanliness, the.linen supplied was not the cleaned one they just rearranged the previous one. 2) The room was super dirty and there is smell of dampness super unhygienic place to stay. 3) Worst part was the mattress provided was completely damaged as it was completely making a U shape from on side and they didn't care also, it had given me a good amount of uneasiness and pain in my back. 4) I have asked for half an hour extension for the checkout and the directly refuse. Seeing all the above details I straightforward reject the place and will try never to stay again at the same property.

The hotel is at a steep height and walking is not an option....staff and owner are rude ...decent kitchen...personally was scared of security and therefore couldnt even enjoy and checked out the next morning.... Dont take your car all the way up to the resort as it will become a nightmare situation .....also it is not on mall road as it claims it is.....very basic hotel which I would not consider it to be a hotel even....rather an house converted into a hotel....room size was small though toilets were decent.. bedsheet and furnishing were old...in short avoid if with family
