The Cocoon Camps & Nature Resorts

The resort is pathetic, I had a very bad experience with this resort. The service is so slow. Rooms are very unhygienic full of house flies and big rats and the staff is not at all bothered with the complaints. The working persons don’t know anything what they have with the availability of food and what not, which was very annoying. They show you the vast menu but they can serve hardly 2-4 standard dishes. If you talk about security itself zero.We gave them room keys to clean the room without even informing us the staff shift our room to another room. That’s totally invasion of privacy. Highly disappointed The behaviour of receptionist is so unprofessional Don’t opt this resort if you want a pleasant stay.

Pathetic experience till now...there were no pros only cons.. the manager is extremely rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional and a big lair. Before going there i asked him about the safety, is it safe for kids or not.. yes maam yes ma'am it is safe n there were rats in the rooms.

I was amazing and thoughtful night with brave friends and also staff behavior and hospitality was excellent, the things is food is also means like home facilities Thanks Cocoon staff we'll soon visit again❤️

WE HAD PATHETIC EXPERIENCE THERE. VIEW WAS GOOD BUT ITS NOT MORE THAN SOMEONE''S SELF RESPECT. THE STAF WAS DOING EVERYTHING AS PER THEIR CHOICE. THEY MADE BUFFET SERVICE COMPULSORY IF ANY ONE WANTS TO TAKE DINNER AT THE EVENING AND CHARGES RS. 350 PER HEAD WITH LOW QUALITY THELA TYPE FOOD. NO OPTION LEFT OTHER THAN THEIR FORCEFULLY MEAL OPTION PROVIDED. THEYT ALSO MISBEHAVE WHEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS THING AND NOT READY TO RESOLVE THIS THING. SO EVERYONE LOCATION IS NOT EVERYTHING. THINK BEFORE GOING SUCH PROPERTIES WHERE FOLLOWING DICTATORSHIP IS THE ONLY OPTION.

Amazing stay peaceful environment. The hospitality was great. Food was much like home cooked but good. We went with one more couple and the hotel staff took care of everything. Room services were a bit slow but was decent. Overall a nice weekend stay.

I have visited cocoon this weekend with my colleagues for office trip. It was an amazing experience and the property is awesome. I loved the place, delicious food, and the staff. Staff is very polite and always available what we need. Thank Shubham and Krishna for making this trip amazing. Strongly recommended.

The food quality and service provided are subpar worst, and there are better options available within this budget. Additionally, the view is worst no picturesque sunrise or sunset views and is rather dull

Overview This hotel is okay, and there are hardly any facilities. Also, the location is unsuitable for a sedan car, especially in the rainy season. Location: - The location is far from Nanital if you go there for two day/weekend trip. I would recommend finding a hotel near all the Nanital only. This area is a completely quiet zone. Staff: - The staff was rude and poorly dressed. Especially the reception guy. However, other room service guys were polite and kept things on track. Room: - The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Suppose you are taking the wooden box. However, the other rooms are okay. Service: - The room service is satisfactory. Food & Menu ($$): - The ONLY thing I love about this hotel is the food. It was like homemade food at a reasonable price. No liquor is available in the hotel, and around 15km. You should carry your booze if you are moving with a friend or family to have fun with a dip of cubs.

Best Experience Ever It you visited here first time then you will feel really awesome. This property is really very safe for family & Couples. Also provide buffet system for food in package. Very friendly staff.
