Hotel is not worth the price, room was so small, everything is so dirty, as mentioned in the room discription there is no toiletries no towel. We regret our stay there. We will not recommend anyone

Near to naini lake, overall experience is good, near to bus stand, room is small but clean. Good room with beautiful naini lake view

The location of the hotel is excellent. View from the terrace is beautiful. But semi delux and delux rooms are very small and not worth the price. Washrooms are not too clean and sometimes stinking.
