***** of Nainital.. If I could, i might have given it 0 star.. The staff of hotel specially the old greedy uncle will agree on a given price and when you go there for check-in, walking up-hill, they will refuse your check in and ask for more money.. Shows how greedy and shrood the staff is.. i litteraly had to walk all the way to hotel with my aged parents and at the time of check- in they asked for more money than they agreed on and refused the check in.. I would never recommend it ever.. skip this thug/robber hotel if you can

Burst service.smelly bed linens no proper cleaning. Lots of mosquitos. No ventilation in rooms. No survice after 10 pm. very rude staff. Only lake view is positive point. Dont prefer room here. Even not satisfied with drinking water. No towels provided
