Wrong choice of hotel. Would never recommend to anyone. Just a glorified lodge. I would never choose this hotel again. The so called restaurant had just 4 tables. The spread for breakfast was below average and food taste was also below average. The staff seemed all locals with no training. had Difficulty with identifying who is staff and who's not. They did not have any uniform / badges esp. the Bell Staff, FnB and HK

Our stay at The Palace Belvedere was simply amazing. From the premium location, to the service by the staff, from the smooth check in and check out, to the delicious food we are everyday, our overall experience was a 10/10. The view from our room was amazing and we stayed in the best suite of the hotel. Big praise to the GM, Mr. Philip, who was kind to cater to all our requests. Thanks to Mr.Philip and his staff. Will surely visit again.

Pathetic rooms, pathetic services, pathetic food. Not worth the money at all. I had to ask for a blanket atleast 4 times. There was water issues in the washroom and no one came to see it the entire evening and night.

It was a wonderful l stay. Rooms were big and good. Taste of food was good. We also had karaoke night which we enjoyed a lot. Overall experience was very good. Super delux rooms are lovely.

Behavior of staff is not good, tried to give room of other category than which was booked, asked for sweet lime soda after 3 reminders and 1and half hours we canceled, not reception area sitting/ waiting area. Took lots of time in check in, food was just ok, floorings of room broken, even handel and lid of kettel provided in room 211 was broken. This was first time we found hotel booked in such pathetic condition. Rooms of hotel is below average, dirty linnen and bathrooms, and though they have parking but poor excess to hotel

Prime location. Walking distance for mall road, naini lake, naini temple and rope way. Good and clean room with good quality food. Parking available.

Hotel is good. Location is also good. One lack point is road to hotel is not good enough. Due to high hill like road. And room n food is good. But need to improve in washroom n geyser.

It was average but the best the property is so old and won’t get the luxurious feel in this. In the photos it looks awesome but when you get there it is different. And even they charged me 90 rupees for 2 bottles of drinking water
