Dustbin was not available, towel also not available when enter the room they didn't keep a bottle of water also everything is downside they didn't drop us after requesting they didn't pick & drop one time also when they knows they are in a top of the town so we are very shocked after their behavior & hospitality which was a experience for us.

I had a pathetic experience with hotel management and staff. The room was dirty and the blanket was smelling bad. The toilet was dirty and smelled bad. The hotel manager was rude and non cooperative. The location of the hotel was very poor and the hotel location was incorrectly mentioned on the map. (walking distance from mall road is 6-7 km. Even our car got damaged while reaching the hotel.

Room was very smelly and washroom was too dirty. It was so far from main mall road and was located on very high hill, we had struggled to come up and down from that site.

Hotel was very good. Staffs are also very decend and good behaviour. Location was just awesome. Really we enjoyed there alot. And lastly the most important is there food its so delicious.

Bad room given, no room service provided. Food was also highly charged and tasteless. Geyser was not working. Bell boy don't give basics amenities
