Hotel is situated at hight so you need to walk on very steep path. Food is very good, service is also good.

Maintenance is not up to date - our bathroom door was not locking, and no proper dining room. Other room amenities like mattress and sofa bed are comfortable. Location is the main drawback as there is a steep climb and not advisable for elderly people not used to it. Hotel staff was courteous, though.

The hotel is located right above the toll stand in nainital, infront of naini lake. There's a good climb to reach the hotel. The rooms are spacious, but requires a lot of hygiene maintenance. The food is delicious, and the staff is very polite & cooperative.

Hotel in bed location, room is poor conditions, approach for hotal is very bed because approximate 45 cm (1'6) way for hotal. Your booking is not cleared, booking time see the book lake view room but after booking shows in my booking status deluxe room so one lake view room provided with extra charges. My family feels sickness in nainital. I do not booking in future with your app
