At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

This is a very decent hotel. What is great about it is the very high standards of service. All personnel were polite, professional, capable and helpful. The room was a standard one with all necessary amenities. Time and usage have taken their toll on the bathroom and some of the furniture. The towels were very tired and the hairdryer dirty and sticky , something that made an overall unpleasant impression. Breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of options. The hotel is not centrally located in Nairobi and the area around it, though interesting and vibrant, does not offer many opportunities to stroll around. We felt safe and well taken care of and this is important. Given the Marriot-Bonvoy association of the Four Points franchise and our Elite membership, we expected an upgrade, but we did not get one.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Unexpectedly big! ! ! I don't know if it was arranged. I have one bedroom and one living room, which has become an oversized three bedrooms and two living rooms. Clean, well-equipped apartment, including microwave, oven, refrigerator, tableware, kitchenware, pots, parking lot downstairs, security is tight, visitors need to verify their identity to enter, Nairobi apartment ceiling.

The hotel is near Nairobi Airport. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off. When we arrived, we just happened to catch the Miss World Kenya pageant. The dinner was buffet and the breakfast was OK. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a toll road into the city without traffic jams. It is opposite the national park and is convenient for watching animals.
