Shima Onsen Tsuruya

とても良かったです．部屋の風呂で十分でした。ぬるい湯ですが出たあとはいつまでもポカポカ、料理が部屋だしなんてなかなか無いです．量的には満足でささた。本当にゆっくりできました。しいて言えばシャワー室のタイルは滑るので考えていただけると安心かとおもいます。来年桜の頃行きたいと思っています。従業員のみなさん本当にありがとうございました。

My family of three stayed here from August 17th. (Room) We stayed in the Sakura room. It was new, well-cleaned, and a lovely room. The cherry blossom-colored Ryukyu tatami mats were stylish and comfortable. The living room was a little small compared to the other rooms, but it was enough for the three of us. (Meals) All of the kaiseki dishes were delicious and satisfying, but I especially liked the soba noodles with cashew nuts. I even went back the next day to Kachi Soba, a group store. The sweetfish rice was a rice dish. I thought I might not like it, but it was delicious, and they made the leftovers into onigiri. (Service) They were all kind and kept a reasonable distance from me, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Everyone remembered our names, what we talked about, and our hobbies and preferences, so we were able to spend a comfortable time. (Bath) I thought the open-air bath in the room would be too hot, but it was just right when I actually went in. Yesterday, when I opened the door, it became an open-air bath with a sense of openness. It was clean and comfortable. It was a little inconvenient that there was no water tap within reach so we could fill the bath with water if the water temperature was not to our liking. We used the private bath about four times during our stay. We were worried about having to wait, but we were able to use it freely with almost no wait. The outdoor floor of Kangetsu-no-Yu was a little dirty and there were spider webs on the chairs, which could be improved a little. Overall, it was a great place to stay that was well worth the price, and we think it was the best in Shima Onsen. Highly recommended.

まずは部屋と寝室の広さに感動しました。ベランダも各部屋に配置され、窓が多いため全体が明るく快適でした。近代的に改装されていて好印象を受けました。 　残念だったのは、露天風呂が広くて良かったのですが、浴槽が広いけれど浅いため、仰向けに沈まないと体全体が湯に浸からなかったです。そのため長い時間湯に浸かれなかったため、温泉が余り楽しめなかったのが、玉にキズでした。 でも、リピートは決定です！お世話になりました。

I'm daring to say this with high hopes. Outside the dining area window, the grass hasn't taken root, which can't be helped, but the concrete outside the window is exposed. In the Tsuki room, the deck railing is broken in places; why not at least clear away the sagging wood? The glass door to the open-air bath is missing. The incense holder is still there, left over from the previous owner's use. The open-air bath in the room is a sad plastic bucket with cypress-style flint. The Tsuki logo is not consistent on the room entrance, key chains, etc. It's a small thing, but considering the price, it brought down my mood and reduced my satisfaction. I feel that the hotel was better in that respect before the renovation. The food and service were very good. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I am a repeat customer. A very comfortable inn. A great place to stay where you can enjoy yourself to the fullest. I will definitely be back. The meal was a sukiyaki course, and the portions were so big I was sure I would burst. The bath in the room had just been renovated, so it was very clean and had a relaxing woody scent. The private bath had also been renovated, and was a lovely space with a luxurious feel. It was a little disappointing that they no longer offered the complimentary drinks that were available when I used it before, but I guess that can't be helped in this economic climate.

My mother and I stayed here together, and all the rooms had an open-air bath and a fireplace in the lounge, so it was a wonderful inn. It was my first time at Shima Onsen, and I was so impressed by the famous hot springs. My body was warmed to the core. The food was also very delicious, especially the karasumi soba, which was exquisite. I was also happy to be able to eat in a relaxing private room. Everyone has their own values, but I think that heartless reviews are completely false. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for letting me have a wonderful time.
