It was my first time to stay in a B&B on Kouri Island ~ great scenery ~ the very enthusiastic B&B owner, the landlady and their family ~ the whole family watched us leave when we left ^ _ ^ I was so touched ~ the breakfast was also delicious 😋 and there were desserts and coffee after the meal ~👍

I was very satisfied with my stay due to the courteous hospitality provided by the employees. The food was more authentic than I expected and (I may be rude) but it was delicious. I think the room was clean and every corner was thoroughly cleaned. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea right in front of us. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we stopped, but it would have been great if it were sunny. Probably, but I would like to have my family or relatives work as staff members. It's heartwarming, relaxing, and reassuring.If I have a chance, I'd definitely like to visit again.

It felt sloppy. Due to circumstances, I called and asked if it was possible to cancel 5 days in advance, but was told that there would be a cancellation fee of approximately 7,000 yen. If you consider this carefully and cancel 3 days in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of approximately 20,000 yen. The cancellation policy states that there will be a cancellation fee of approximately 20,000 yen (80%) from 1 day in advance, but this is different from what I heard on the phone, and the cancellation policy is also different, so when I asked again over the phone, it was only 12,000 yen. That's what I mean. It's just my imagination, but since it was outside of the winter cooking period and all the other rooms seemed to be empty that day, I thought it wouldn't be that much of an inconvenience, and that being a privately run business meant they had flexibility. However, I never thought that they would be able to impose such a strict cancellation fee even after increasing the amount.
