Room service was very nice. Food is very good. Hotel staffs are always ready to support. Team has support during cake cutting ceremony.

Living in a ********** would be compared to a five star as compared to a deluxe room in Mamta. It was filthy, the floor had flies, hair and dry on it. I got the room swept and then had cockroaches 🪳 on the table. The housekeeping asked me not to use water as they had work going on. The bed linen and towels looked like they haven’t been washed since they were bought from the store, white towels with that yellow look. And btw, one towel between 2 people is their limit. I checked in at 9pm and left at7am. It was the worst worst experience. The only good thing about hotel Mamta was a beautiful Labrador dog called Daisy, who they have chained. Shameful hotel and utterly shameless people.
