The rooms were good, sheets were clean. The issue i found was with the washroom. It was not dirty but could have been better. The flush stopped working occassionally. Location wise the property is situated right on the trichy road easily accessible by road. If washrooms are looked after, i think so this could be one of its kind property in namakkal.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Nala Hotel Namakkal from 16th March 2022 to 11 April 2022 All hotel staffs and the Hotel General Manager Mr.Alroy Assey have shown their kindhearted hospitality during my stay. The room which we were staying was very clean, spacious and having felt like homely accomodated atmosphere. Breakfast- is a damp squib. There is idli, vada,pongal, dosa, poori and the usual Indian breakfast including live counter for omelette . Apple and banana , melon, saathukudi. etc was served. They are excellent southIndian breakfast and partly north Indian breakfast too. Nala hotel concierge, was able to coordinate our medical needs which was a real bonus for our vacation. They also arranged for our daily requirements which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staying in Nala Hotel Namakkal actually enhanced our vacation experience. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including the training students in housekeeping and for room service. We have already decided to return to Nala Hotel Namakkal for our next vacation, which will be in August 2022. We had a wonderful three weeks vacation, and I have recommended Nala Hotel Namakkal to all of my colleagues, friends, and family. Thank you again for such an outstanding service. GGuest UserOur stay at sri as-win grand was very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There wasn't a spec of dust even inside the drawers and cupboards! the hotel is close to the narasimha and anjaneya temple. Just walkable distance. The staff are friendly and help out with any of your requests. It does not have a restaurant, but they arrange very tasty food from a nearly restaurant. There is ample parking available too. All in all, i would recommend this place.

DDream13792453445The hotel location is nearer to most points. Looks like a new property or its been maintained really well. Staff is courteous and amicable. We get hot water all through the day and wifi works very well. TV had ample channels to watch. Family room is of good size for a family of 4 or 5 people. Just a few things. When we entered the room there was a bit of foul smell. Normally it happens in most hill stations sure to dampness. Food Choices were less and complimentary breakfast had very less items. Even eggs are charged in breakfast. Though its called as resort, there is no ample common area to have a campfire or other activities. There's a small swimming pool however. It's a good decent hotel, but not a resort.

GGuest UserIt's situated in a natural environment and the location is situated in a remote area. Only those who approach the location thro pvt vehicle like 4 wheeler and two wheeler can stay. No nearby shopping and no cell phone signal tower. The only communication to the outer world is through wi-fi provided by the seattle garden. No tv inside the room and heater (not geyser) is only provided. While bathing no continuous hot water and in the middle i have to wait for hot water. The location of seattle garden and the environment is really amazing. The cooking service is good. The dinning hall with ro facility water and adjourning relaxing place under are very super. The approach of the staff and master is very nice and friendly.
