When I went to communicate with Ctrip customer service, they also lied about ”upgrading to a superior king bed room”. The configuration photos of the two room types are different (already in advance) I took a photo of the room and gave it to Ctrip customer service); I redeemed it for ”breakfast” and said it was not available. I asked Ctrip to confirm it. I showed them the order and said I didn't know. With the same 4 stars in Shuitou, Mingchao and Wuzhou would not have such a service attitude!

The front desk service is very good. The overseas Chinese hotel where I have been on business in the past two weeks. The front desk reminded the hotel that the decoration will be noisy in the morning. The rooms are clean and tidy. Very cost-effective hotel. The only thing I don't understand is that the total control switch of the room is turned off. The whole room is like a power outage, and no matter how it is turned on, the lights are not turned on. I stayed twice in a row, because I had to rest late and didn't call room service to check. The next day I got up and the light was working again.
