前台的服務員非常熱情，提供的免費早餐也非常好吃，民宿的位置也很方便， 在前台租了一輛電動車，環島遊非常方便，租金60元24小時，還是蠻划算的。民宿還提供在島上遊客中心的免費接送服務。總之，非常好的一次入住體驗！

屋子乾淨整潔，服務很周到，雖然入住要走一點路，非常暖心的接送，讓人很舒服。樓層儘可能的安排高層，滿足看日落的需求，使得南澳島的路程滿意而歸。

酒店位於居民區內，前台離入住房間很遠，
看到“花築”品牌才預訂的海景房，這個價格有點坑，入住時遇上台風，海上落日餘暉的美景泡湯了，房間門窗不隔音還漏大風，搞的一晚上都沒睡好，早上迷迷糊糊的才睡着，6：30左右又被樓下建築工地吵醒了。
一次非常不愉快的體驗。

服務態度很好，房間是海景，樓下的工地有些吵。早餐是現煮的海鮮粿條，很好吃。退房的時候，前台小哥開車把我們免費送到車站，很周到。
