Nanchang Hotels with Free Breakfast

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

First of all, I would like to praise your hotel for its room facilities and environment. The room layout is warm and comfortable, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and very convenient. The environment of the hotel is also very beautiful, the greening is well done, making people feel comfortable and pleasant. Secondly, I would like to commend your hotel for its service level. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, answered my questions patiently, and proactively provided me with a lot of useful suggestions. The room service was also very considerate and the room was cleaned in time every day, which made me feel at ease. Finally, I would like to thank your hotel for your breakfast service. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good, allowing me to start my day with a wonderful taste experience every day. I am very satisfied with my stay and thank you for your excellent service and thoughtful care. The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

2024年清明節にて3泊しました。 立地的には八一広場まですぐで、付近の観光には申し分のない場所でした。 地下鉄2号線丁公園南から徒歩3分なので地下鉄利用がおすすめです。 5★ホテルですが、2016年改装と8年前なので最近のホテルと違いやはり古さを感じます。 ただ、しっかり掃除はされているので清潔感はあります。 絨毯張りなので、匂いを気にされる方が多いということもあり禁煙部屋をお願いしました。 全室バスタブ付でシャワーは使用していませんが、湯量含めて問題ないです。 基本的なアメニティ、無料ペットボトル2本、TV、冷蔵庫とすべて標準レベルです。 スタッフの印象/態度も問題ありません。 朝食ですが、まず時間ですが7:00からですが、7:30過ぎでないと全部出揃いません。 30分ですが、頑張って欲しいです。あと、食事の質が良くないです。種類も南昌郷土料理が 毎日ありますが、その他のメニューは非常に少ないです。粥/包子などは普通ですが、チャーハン/焼きそば に関しては美味しくありません。よって、他から取り寄せているパン/ケーキ類を食べていました。 もう少し努力して欲しいです！ 夕飯ですが、近くにはあまり大きなレストランはなく、ラーメン屋/ハンバーガー屋があるくらいなので 観光地の周りで食べた方がよいかも知れません。 以上、古さを感じさせますが、費用対効果としてはよく観光目的であれば立地的な選択としては問題ありません のでお勧めです！

It is quiet in the middle of noisy and suitable for a day of playing. The hotel is large in size, and it is also suitable for pure children. There are more than a dozen children's play areas. I stayed for a few days, it is on the river with lovely views. You can walk along the river boardwalk to the ferris wheel and see the water fountains as well.

It is very convenient to walk from the hotel to Nanchang Bridge East Subway Station. The river view sometimes looks quite London. The bathroom is spacious, but I feel that the brightness in the room is not enough except for the bathroom. Every time I want to read, it feels a bit dark even with the reading light on after dark. The high-rise rooms are a bit blocked, but after communicating with the staff (Penny), I learned that I can ask for a purifier in the room. A must-have for next time. After communicating before arriving at the store, they also helped me change the buckwheat pillow. The room service is very thoughtful. There are many types of breakfast, and I feel that the mixed noodles here are better than those in other stores. I feel that if breakfast can add some more food that suits the taste of northerners?

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆
