The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The hotel was generally clean and tidy. For the rates charged, I would say the breakfast was certainly a deal. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. The People's Park another 5 minutes away. To start the day with, look no further than the Park for some morning exercises. I can assure you, it will be a memorable experience. Behind the hotel were plenty of eateries and other provisions. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The room is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable and very big, I like because they give more pillows. but sometime smell cigarette smoke when someone smoke because they used the central air conditioner

It is very convenient to travel! I will choose this hotel next time I come to Nanchang!

The service attitude is very bad. I can't park my car. I asked them to send a toothbrush but it never came. I asked them to give it to me directly but they didn't. The house hygiene is very poor and the kettle doesn't work.

The bathroom is a little small, but there is dry and wet separation. But the mirror in the room facing the bed really makes me afraid to fall asleep😂

When I checked in, I asked my 9-year-old daughter if she needed a breakfast voucher. The front desk replied: No, the child doesn't count, and then gave me and my husband 2 breakfast vouchers. The restaurant staff asked me to go to the front desk to get another one (the attitude was very bad and the tone of my tone). I was affected by her attitude and I was in no mood to eat breakfast. But because my daughter had already eaten, I could only go to the front desk and tell them my room number, and then I needed a breakfast voucher, and then bring it up to the restaurant staff. After breakfast, my daughter took the cake in her hand and walked out while eating. The restaurant staff said that we couldn't take it away, and we had to finish it before we could go out. Because it was already past 9 o'clock, breakfast was about to end, and we didn't waste it while eating. Why couldn't we finish it at the elevator entrance? We had to finish it in the restaurant. I don't understand why we were so embarrassed and stared at us. (It felt like they were targeting us because when others did this, the restaurant staff didn't say anything about them) Then I said I would give you a bad review for the service, and the restaurant staff didn't explain anything, so I wrote everything down in the review.
