Honestly, this hotel was pretty bad. The underground parking was dirty, messy, and I couldn't even find a spot. The elevator was broken, so I had to carry all my luggage down the stairs. Some of the lights in the room were bright, others dim. I don't recommend it.

The hotel lobby environment is average, but the location is truly excellent, close to Tengwang Pavilion and the Gan River. The river views, both day and night, are beautiful. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is very thoughtful, asking in advance for delivery times for the afternoon tea and goodnight drink included in the package.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view of the Ganjiang River and Tengwang Pavilion at night. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even had a special children's area with cute mini-breads. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; the doorman proactively opened car doors and helped with luggage, and the housekeeping aunties even remembered guests' requests and passed them on to the next shift. Such a high level of service awareness is rare to find in domestic hotels these days.

Staying at this hotel means you don't need to make a special trip to visit Tengwang Pavilion, as it's right downstairs. The pavilion-view room offers floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of Tengwang Pavilion, the Gan River, and the Ferris wheel. Although it's a five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated. I guess it's because the location is just too good. The lobby layout felt a bit messy, and the occupancy rate is high; we had to wait until 2 PM for our room to be ready, but check-out was strictly 12 PM the next day. The breakfast had everything you'd expect. I recommend the white sugar cake, mixed noodles, wontons, and ceramic pot soup. The fruit was decent. The only downside was that the restaurant is large, and the food stations are very spread out, so you have to walk quite a distance to get all your food. However, I have to say, the location is truly excellent. Step out of the hotel and turn left across a small road, and you're at the Dashi Yuan food street. Turn right, and you're at Tengwang Pavilion. Walk straight for about ten minutes, and you'll reach Wanshou Palace. It's super convenient for sightseeing, eating, and shopping. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water, available in the room and elevator hallways. There are also chilled drinks in the fridge, and food deliveries can even be brought to your room by a robot, which is quite a nice touch. If I get the chance to visit Nanchang again, I would still choose to stay here. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Pavilion of Prince Teng. The entire hotel feels high-end and the breakfast is incredibly rich. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite new!

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Tengwang Pavilion, Dashi Temple, and Hama Street. We stayed in a room with a pavilion view, and the night view was unbeatable.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, the pool is open until 10 PM, and the gym is open 24 hours. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The surrounding environment is top-notch; you can see Tengwang Pavilion directly from the window. Service: The staff attitude is excellent.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and gave me a room upgrade. Food deliveries were brought up within about ten minutes. The room also had excellent views of the Gan River and Tengwang Pavilion.

The location of the room is impeccable, just a stone's throw away from Tengwang Pavilion. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but the river view is first-class. Overall, it's pretty standard, nothing particularly exceeded expectations.

The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the setup with a king-size bed plus bunk beds was perfect for our family of four. The kids had a blast on the bunk beds! The hotel staff were very service-oriented; they even changed the bunk bed sheets once during our stay. Our family room was conveniently located near the executive lounge, making meals super easy. It's also not far from Tengwang Pavilion. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's still clean and tidy, and the service is excellent.

An excellent experience with wonderful service. We took our child to Nanchang for summer vacation, and the highlight was staying at the Ru Yi Hotel to enjoy the night view of the Gan River. It was fantastic! I've already recommended it to many overseas Chinese families; it's my top hotel recommendation for anyone visiting Nanchang.

Our family suite didn't have a view of Tengwang Pavilion, but the river view was absolutely stunning! The only downside was that for a five-star hotel, you still had to manually flush the toilet. However, the 61st-floor executive lounge offered an unobstructed 270-degree view of the Pavilion, and Tengwang Pavilion at night was breathtakingly beautiful! The executive lounge also had unlimited alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, fruits, and desserts, and the steak included in our package was delicious!

The lobby is shared with other businesses, which makes it feel a bit less like a true 5-star experience. However, the bed and bedding were quite comfortable, and I slept well. The staff were well-trained and very friendly.
