Very good location. Rooms are not new but clean and cozy. Breakfast is standard. Park near hotel helps to rest after long trip

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Primus is really one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is located in a very calm place away from all the city noise. The food is tasty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

Wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. The breakfast was high quality and tasty. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool water was dirty. The gym was well equipped and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean.

Such a serene environment with comfort at it best. I can’t wait to go back there again.

The location is good, very close to Nanchang West. It's very convenient to take the subway here without luggage. The hotel has a good environment and complete facilities. You can see the Ganjiang River from the upper floors.

This is my first time staying in a hotel under Greentown. I didn't expect to step on a landmine, and it was a huge landmine. 1. The air conditioner in the room can't cool down. Nanchang in May is humid and hot. I slept in a sweat. 2. The waiter's attitude is terrible. There is a waitress at the front desk with black under her right eye. She speaks rudely, as if this hotel is hers and she can stay there or not. 3. I asked the front desk to give me an extra bottle of water, but they didn't send it. Later, I called 5 times and told them that the waiter forgot. I ask, how busy are you that you can forget this? 4. The sound insulation in the room is terrible. The sound of the next door is like the sound of "hmm" and "ah" next to me.

First of all, when I entered the room, I saw the disposable four-piece set of packaging garbage used by the previous guest on the cupboard. When I walked to the inner bedside table, there were used napkins. I was really puzzled❓❓❓The water for showering was not hot I didn’t want to write a bad review, but the next morning I ate some green bean cakes in the hotel lobby and was told that I couldn’t eat it and kicked me out (very bad attitude). My friend couldn’t wear slippers either, so I took the elevator to go back to the room, but one of their staff members was chatting with the front desk in slippers? ? ? I want to ask❓❓❓ I originally came here to rest after climbing Wugong Mountain. I booked a slightly better hotel near the West Station, but I was still bullied! ! ! Everyone avoid it!

The hotel is conveniently located, the service of the girl at the front desk is very good, the underground parking lot is also convenient, the breakfast has a wide variety and good taste, and the National Expo subway station is just outside the hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Nanchang.

The hotel is right at the exit of the subway station. It is excellent in all aspects. The front desk also upgraded me to a suite. I will choose Greenland Primus next time if I have the chance.

A typical business hotel. If you bring your kids, the experience is just average. The room windows are sealed, leaving only a small vent, so it's stuffy. Parking is convenient.

The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the environment is comfortable, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. For business trips, I will choose Greenland Borui Hotel next time. It is very good and I like it.
