第二次住皇冠，服務還是那麼一流，臨行前管家特意聯繫，問詢房型喜好，還提醒領滴滴優惠券，細緻體貼。因為第一次入住南昌這家，酒店給升級了套房，非常寬敞，江景無敵。還送了一樓酒廊體驗券，雖然沒用上但還是很温暖。第一天本打算去酒店自助餐吃，被服務人員温馨提醒當天活動包場，菜品和以往規格不同，建議我們去附近美食一條街，很實在。酒店位置也很棒，去哪兒都方便，推薦。

During this trip to Nanchang, I chose to stay at Crowne Plaza Holiday Inn, and the overall experience was great!

經常住這一類酒店，但這次南昌之行有驚喜！客服小姐姐小儀很周到，提前聯繫，並主動推薦了附近的幾個餐廳以及滕王閣的遊覽方式，可謂周到細心！特別要提出表揚的是酒店的保安小張，在我們走出酒店按導航準備步行去小儀推薦的餐廳時，由於方向不是很清楚就問小張，小張耐心指點方向後，擔心我們找不到，主動帶着我們走到餐廳旁邊（至少走了800米），真的太棒了！讓我們有在家的感覺，賓至如歸就是這樣的！
