An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .

this hotel is too old，we lived at 19th floor，no hot water have to make all the water runs about more than 40 minutes before showering.

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

The room is quite big, clean and sanitary. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. It's my first time staying here. I stayed for 2 consecutive nights. Everything is very good and cost-effective. I will stay here again when I come to Nanchang on business in the future.

The revolving restaurant on the top floor is nice, you can see the Tengwang Pavilion. If you stay in a river view room, try to choose a high floor. Picture 1 is the view on the 12th floor, and the others are the views of the restaurant on the top floor (26th floor). The room facilities are a bit old, and the old hotels are similar, but acceptable. The breakfast is good, I had white sugar cake and clay pot soup.

The view from the revolving restaurant on the 4th floor is quite good, the swimming pool and gym on the 4th floor are also very good, the parking lot is also very convenient, the hotel is in a very good location, not far from various attractions, and the surrounding subway is also relatively convenient. The only drawback of the location is that there is road construction at the door. The staff are very enthusiastic.

This hotel is an old-fashioned one, which is a bit hard for me to accept. We booked a family suite, but when we went there in August, the room was heavily exposed to the west sun, and the air conditioner couldn't lower the temperature the whole afternoon. It was really a waste of money.

When traveling to Nanchang, the hotel is just near the Tengwang Pavilion, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is also very large, and the room was upgraded for us. The city view room has a great location and you can see the Tengwang Pavilion from the window. The price is also very cost-effective. If I go again in the future, I will consider this hotel again.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk saw that we were a family of three and upgraded us to the business class for free, which was a surprise. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room on the 21st floor, and there is a free washing and drying service, so that tourists don't have to take stinky clothes home, which is very considerate. The hotel has a superior geographical environment, located near Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace. Except for the road construction at the door, which is a bit of a headache, everything else is very superior, especially the hotel is equipped with a large parking lot, which can also charge the guests who drive the tram, which is very humane! Parking is also free! I will choose this hotel next time I go to Nanchang!

I chose this hotel to see the Tengwang Pavilion and bring my pets with me. The reviews said it was old, but I didn't expect it to be so old. I can only say that the area is large and the facilities are like a guesthouse... I feel insecure living there, and I feel panic. The elevator does not require a room card, and the delivery man can knock on the door of the room directly. The parking spaces are basically full, so you can only park in the underground garage, just like a mosquito culture dish, go down to get something and bite a few bags. The service attitude is also poor. I spoke to the waiter several times, but he seemed to hear nothing. When eating breakfast, he didn't even ask if the child had finished drinking milk, and just swiped the cup and took it away. When it was time, the child still had some fruit that he hadn't finished. I got up and went to take a photo next to him, and I heard the waiter auntie urging the child to "eat quickly, if you don't eat it, I'll take it away." I have never met such a hotel, it's extremely rubbish. The switch for controlling the lights and air conditioner in the room is not on the wall, but on an alarm clock on the bedside table. The buttons are almost worn out. It took us 15 minutes to turn the lights on and off and adjust the air conditioner. It was speechless. There was no response when we pressed the buttons. There was only one passenger elevator to go to breakfast. Everyone was crowded and there was a long queue. There was also a freight elevator, which was also crowded. The only service of three stars was for the aunt in the Chinese restaurant. She led us to order dishes, poured drinks for the children, and served rice. We were embarrassed by her politeness. The Chinese food tasted okay. And the river view room with a view of Tengwang Pavilion was really good. The others were too rubbish!!!

I took my children and searched for a four-star or five-star hotel. As soon as I entered the room, the lights were dim and the bathroom was too dirty. It was worse than an express hotel! I really don’t know how to give a five-star rating.

The sanitation is too bad, the wallpaper is still patched, the room layout is also very strange, the air conditioner blows directly to the whole bed, and the head will hit the pillar when sleeping. It doesn't look like it was renovated in 2018. They said they would give a late-night canteen worth 38 yuan, but the result was a small bowl of mixed noodles and a small bowl of mung bean soup or white porridge. It's better not to give it. I don't recommend staying here. You will regret it. I don't know how it was rated five stars. In my opinion, it's not as good as express hotels such as Home Inn and 7 Days Inn

An old brand restaurant. The layout is good and the location is also very good. You can see the Tengwang Pavilion from the top floor. You can order the set meal there for dinner, which is more favorable and worth the money. For breakfast, you can see the daytime view of the Tengwang Pavilion, which is also very worthwhile. Try to choose the price with meal and room, which is more affordable and parking is very convenient. It's just that the road was under construction when I went there, so there was a little traffic jam.
