The hotel needs upgrades and remodeling. House keeping is not up to standard with dusty cupboard and hangers. Towels are not totally clean. Breakfast is limited choices.

The building's old interior is very not so bright. Window quite dirty. Never take photo .

Great location by the river, with nice views, and right next to Tengwang Pavilion. Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Service at front desk quite slow and not particularly friendly. Overall, good choice for a citybreak or business trip to Nanchang, would recommend.

Not bad for a few nights, staff doesn’t speak English. I wrote the note about baby crib, but it was not provided. The room itself new and clean, very big bed. Breakfast mainly Chinese but there are euro options as well

It's great to stay in this hotel when traveling to Nanchang. The front desk service is very good! It's also very clean and you can see the Tengwang Pavilion! It's the best hotel I've stayed in. I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends next time they come to visit! I fell in love with Nanchang, a warm city!

The room is clean and bright, facing the river, with charming night view outside the window. Tengwang Pavilion is just across the road, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and has everything you need. The service staff are very good. My mother is very satisfied. Thumbs up 👍🏻

You can see Tengwang Pavilion. The service attitude of the handsome guy Xiao Liu at the front desk is super good. He recommended places to eat and have fun. The room is standard and there are no pitfalls. The breakfast is rich. I will stay here next time

I booked a river view room, actually I wanted to see the night view of Tengwang Pavilion. After asking, I found out that the river view room cannot see the main building of Tengwang Pavilion. It is said that the room with double bed can see it, I think it needs to be considered. If you want to see the night view of Tengwang Pavilion, I don't recommend it. The service attitude is good, but I feel a little disappointed to book such a room for more than 700 yuan. The bathroom is separated, which is OK. There is a hanger for hanging clothes. The towels and bath towels are a bit old. Although I didn't use them, I do feel that they can be replaced with new ones.

The room arrangement is very thoughtful, the service is very enthusiastic, the robot delivery is very convenient, and the cost performance is high! Next time I come to Nanchang to play, I will come to this Huazhuhui Nanchang Tengwang Pavilion Mercure Hotel again!
