My single room is small relative to the other Chinese hotels I stayed in in China. The hotel is old but the interior is quite nice. I found the hotel breakfast to be exceptional. It offers the largest selection. I arrived while a conference was held. The check-in was extremely slow. The concierge was not short-staffed. Just that they don't work efficiently and took a long time to check-in a guest.

Great spot in nanchang!

The old four-star hotel has a profound heritage. It had been raining heavily for two days when we arrived in Nanchang. When we entered the third floor corridor of the hotel, we felt stuffy and damp, and the same was true in the room! The bathroom space is relatively cramped and the toilet is unreasonably placed. The decoration in 2012 is already old!

As I get older, I like this kind of hotel with a historical and nostalgic atmosphere. It has a superior location and convenient transportation. The hotel has soft carpets, comfortable rooms, a bright lobby, and a spacious dining room. If I have the opportunity to come to Nanchang again, I will choose Jiangxi Hotel.

This hotel is for nostalgic. I stayed here forty years ago when I was still a child. The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and the front desk service is good. I will choose this hotel again next time. After all, nostalgia is rare.

The room is not old, but unusable! It was my first time to stay in a hotel like this. The TV and WIFI in the room were broken. I called to inquire. The room attendant and the foreman were very unenthusiastic and changed the room twice. They were also problem rooms. None of the rooms with large wardrobe doors could be used normally. Yes, the customer service staff said there was nothing we could do about it, our room was just old! I'm really speechless! In the end, I had no choice but to apply for check-out. The young lady at the front desk said okay, but she didn't seem to solve the problem for you at all. Her attitude was extremely arrogant, and she never felt sorry for this matter from beginning to end! Because we were taking an elderly person out, this matter delayed us a lot of time. In the end, the front desk manager found out about this and changed the room to a more satisfactory one. However, after we checked in, the air conditioner was actually cold and could not be turned off. The elder and I were freezing! I am really speechless! There are very few types of breakfast, and the hygienic condition is also worrying. This is what the vegetables looked like when I just opened the lid, and there were hairs inside! I can't believe that a four-star hotel can do so many things that are difficult for guests to understand. It's really bad! I won’t go there again next time! So much so that I no longer want to go to Nanchang!

This is my second stay recently. It is an early star hotel. It is quite satisfactory. The location is good, the parking lot is large, the subway entrance is close, it is convenient for travel, there are many attractions around, and the breakfast is also good.

The guest rooms are fully equipped with common facilities, spacious and cleaned in a timely manner. Nearby transportation and dining are convenient. When it rained during my stay, the room service staff came to provide an umbrella for use. The aunt's attitude was very bad: " There is water in the room, you have to pay for another bottle!”
