1. The hygiene is extremely poor (urine on the floor/cigarette ash on the bedside table/melon seed shells/black stains on the bedsheets and quilt covers). I changed 3 rooms and each room had hygiene problems. The housekeeper personally confirmed and cleaned them. 2. The front desk service is extremely poor, and they don't respond to feedback. 3.
