The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is quite rich! The mineral water provided in the room is of great value! Tengwang Pavilion can be seen from the room window. The location is very good, Tengwang Pavilion is opposite. Wanshou Palace is just over 900 meters away on foot. There are more attractions in Nanchang. It only takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to the museum and Bayi Square, which is great!

The hotel is close to the subway station and is easy to find. It is also close to Bayi Square, Bayi Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion. The room is clean and tidy. There are disposable face towels and bath towels. The front desk service is also very good. When checking out, the child needs to take medicine, and they specially boiled water for the child to drink the medicine. Recommended

Very comfortable and spacious room. All rooms have a great view of the river. Service in the lounge is excellent, gym and pool are of a very high standard.

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

My experience at colour hotel (Nanchang west station) was awesome and the hotel is very clean and comfortable and i also love the food as well. Can’t wait to book with Colour hotel next time 🙏✅✅

We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time. When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

In order to watch Zhang Jie's concert in Nanchang, I booked the Vienna Hotel, which is close to the Nanchang National Sports Center. I was surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel receptionist was dressed up as a star for the concert. Knowing that I was coming to the concert, she also gave me a bag of souvenirs from the concert [strong]. Isn't that too good? You can't take it for free, the a**osphere is set [covering face] Let's talk about the hotel service. The receptionist at No. 08 was thoughtful and down-to-earth, and she felt like a spring breeze👍. She also enthusiastically introduced the surrounding food. When I checked out, I forgot that my things were in the room. I called the front desk and they took the initiative to add me on WeChat to help me send them back👍. The hotel's facilities are also relatively new, the room is clean and bright without odor, the room is large and the bedding is very comfortable, the transportation is indeed convenient, and the subway station is right in front of you. The various food downstairs is affordable and delicious, and it is a very satisfying stay experience.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The room is big and clean, but they don't provide disposable items such as disposable bathtub covers or toilet seats. Bathtub covers are 10 yuan each. I don't understand why the front desk staff said that they would give me a better deal if I extended my stay directly (I didn't compare the platform prices at this time). But the platform is obviously cheaper. The first two days were holidays, so it was more than 500 yuan per night. The price was reduced from the third night onwards, but they still charged us 468 yuan per night, while the platform was only more than 300 yuan. They didn't refund the difference. The deposit refund was also very slow

Twin room, two beds outside, opposite is two computer tables, two e-sports computers. The room facilities in the room are new on the seventh floor.
