Nanchang Spa Hotels

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is close to the river and Nanchang Bridge East Station of Metro Line 4. It is convenient to go to various attractions in the city. The hotel upgrades to a river view room for free, and the river view in autumn is beautiful! The room is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are a bit old-fashioned, the sound insulation effect of the room is good. All hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Guest Relations Manager Penny Xiaopan carefully noted the requests made before check-in, and the requirements were fully met during check-in. The Nanchang snacks provided for breakfast in the hotel, such as sugar cakes, mixed noodles and clay pot soup, were so delicious that I ate them for two days in a row. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Nanchang, I will choose this hotel again.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

During the 7-day National Day holiday, this is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and beautiful environment. The transportation location is more suitable for self-driving tours.

The experience of staying at Sheraton Nanchang Hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Neil contacted us in advance to prepare the room before arrival. The hotel breakfast is also very good overall. The transportation is convenient. There is a subway entrance at the door, Ganjiang River outside the window, and Tengwang Pavilion opposite. The location is very good.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. Environment: The location is good, it is convenient to go to Wanda in Causeway Bay, there is an electric donkey stop downstairs, and it is also nice to ride a donkey when the weather is good 😁

I helped decorate the room for Chinese Valentine's Day! The breakfast and late night snacks were both very delicious. You can see the river view directly from the room. The customer service service is timely and friendly. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity! ❤️

The sound insulation is no problem. There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

When we entered the hotel, a manager named Chen was at the front desk. He enthusiastically guided us to see the room and introduced the hotel. He also personally brought out the night desserts prepared by the hotel for guests, which was very heartwarming. I saw him again in the restaurant early the next morning. Sincere and dedicated professional managers always make people respect them! Third impression: The mixed noodles for breakfast are really delicious😋 Unfortunately, I wanted to stay for another two days, but unfortunately it happened to be the weekend when the hotel was full, so I failed to do so. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanchang.
