There are disposable face towels and bath towels. The front desk service is also very good. Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is quite rich! The mineral water provided in the room is of great value! Tengwang Pavilion can be seen from the room window. The location is very good, Tengwang Pavilion is opposite. Wanshou Palace is just over 900 meters away on foot. There are more attractions in Nanchang. It only takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to the museum and Bayi Square, which is great!

We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time.
When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

The room is big and clean, but they don't provide disposable items such as disposable bathtub covers or toilet seats. Bathtub covers are 10 yuan each.
I don't understand why the front desk staff said that they would give me a better deal if I extended my stay directly (I didn't compare the platform prices at this time). But the platform is obviously cheaper. The first two days were holidays, so it was more than 500 yuan per night. The price was reduced from the third night onwards, but they still charged us 468 yuan per night, while the platform was only more than 300 yuan. They didn't refund the difference.
The deposit refund was also very slow

The room facilities in the room are new on the seventh floor. The bathroom is a shower room, which is large, the water is fast and the water is large. No non-slip floor mats. The toiletries used are not branded and generally.
There was a smell of smoke in the ladder, and there was a faint smell of smoke in the corridor.
The location is OK, opposite is Wuyue Plaza.
There is a hotel downstairs, but it is not the same boss as the hotel, so breakfast is arranged or taken out nearby. At noon and dinner, I will eat at this downstairs hotel. The dishes are good and the price is not expensive.

GGuest UserWe drove 8 hours to get here with our two dogs. We were the only guests staying that night. The landlady upgraded the room for free and cooked ginger, red dates and pear soup for us in the evening. The room is very new and clean, and the corridor is close to the mountainside vegetation. This is a hotel that has been completely renovated from an ancient village. It has food, accommodation and transportation. This hotel is at the highest point of the village. From the balcony of the room, you can see the courtyards and different rooftops of the houses below. The landlady asked us to put down our luggage and go to the top of Meiling to see the freezing rain. It was really worth the 8-hour drive. Unfortunately, most of the photos are on the camera and can only be taken after the trip. If you take your pets out, or if you like a quiet environment and hiking, I really recommend this place!

When parents and children travel, they encounter considerate services that add a sense of comfort to the trip. Praise Sister Wutong. The room hygiene is also very good. The highlight is the pillows. It is really comfortable to sleep on, even more comfortable than Dodo's pillows. How come no one has publicized this? I am very picky about pillows when I sleep. Big thumbs up.

The facilities were modern, clean, and the hotel is located in a good location downtown. Also, I left a bracelet there that Andy then shipped to me upon finding it. That's great and caring service.

GGuest UserThe first impression is very good. The front desk service is very warm. There is a need to answer the questions. The room is clean and the decoration is also a new simple style. The sound insulation is no problem. There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too!
The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there.
Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think.
The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service.

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. UUncle Junior OfficialHotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new.
Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all.
Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that.
Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

GGuest UserMy friend came to Nanchang to play, so I specially invited him to stay here. It's not far from the subway, so it's convenient to go anywhere. It's also a chain brand, so the room must be good. After staying here, I feel that it's really cost-effective. It's very pleasant to go out for a walk at night.
