在光霧山的桃源景區遊客中心旁，距離光霧山到米倉山景區的免費擺渡車站很近，房間也乾淨整潔，服務態度好。

服務很好，熱情周到。需要改進的是床品及衞生間狀況：棉絮外露； 無座凳；淋浴會弄濕馬桶，無一次性杯子，拖鞋，馬桶墊。

314的價格，拖鞋都是壞的，説有急事要回家，退下明天的票，老闆很“耿直”表達不行，態度也很差。衞生也不好，毛巾就是一張一次性的小方巾。第一次出行感覺這麼差的體驗。
