I booked this hotel because it's right next to a subway exit and was one of the cheaper options among the chain hotels, so my expectations weren't very high to begin with. It turned out exactly as I anticipated – super convenient for getting around. It's just a ten-minute bike ride on a shared bike to Zhan Garden and Fuzi Temple, and the subway entrance is only a few dozen meters away. Getting to Nanjing Station or Nanjing South Station takes less than half an hour. The hygiene and facilities were all up to par, and soundproofing wasn't an issue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and surprisingly, the hairdryer was actually a Laifen! The most unexpected thing was the huge window. A big window gets an instant full-score review from me! Of course, I should warn future guests that the curtains don't close completely, so light will peek through the sides in the morning.

The room was quiet and clean, and the bedding had no strange odors. For breakfast, they offered mini wontons, noodle soup, and duck blood vermicelli soup. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the beef stew with potatoes. Personally, I think the price is a great deal considering the location and the facilities.
