The room was better than I was expecting for the price! The bed was amazing and really comfortable, the whole room was really modern. The hotel was a little hard to find the entrance for but the security guard helped me out. The location was really good, like 5mins walk to the metro and there were some really good restaurants nearby

Very helpful staff. Conveniently located a few minutes from XUANWUMEN metro station and Xuanwu lake. Comfortably furnished. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.

Service was complicated, hat trouble with check in, they didn’t speak english. Rooms where nice.

The room layout is reasonable, the facilities and equipment are new, the indoor environment is clean and tidy, the lights and curtains are all managed intelligently, the coffee machine and microwave oven in the service hall on the 6th floor are practical, and the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are fully functional and easy to use. The service is serious, enthusiastic and professional, and the night duty staff can handle the room smart phone failure in time. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will choose this hotel again.

First of all, we saw that the hotel had a parking lot. We drove here, but when we got there, we were told that there were not enough parking spaces and we had to choose other places to park. Secondly, the hotel staff was afraid that we would give a bad review, so they asked us to refund and pay offline, and gave us a discount. We refused, and then they said they would upgrade our room type. What's the difference with what I originally booked? You upgraded the room type, and as soon as you entered, the floor was damp, the quilt was damp, there was no hot water, and there was no hot water for a shower in the middle of summer. The soundproofing was also very poor. You could hear clearly what the people in the next room said. The room was close to the road, and you could hear the sound of passing cars clearly. You can block it, just pass this one

Because we couldn't find the parking lot, she said she would call us when we got there. We called her when we were almost there, but she didn't answer the phone. I guess she was photographed. Later, we were upgraded to a family room, which I really appreciate. But when we got to the room, it was dirty. I didn't know what the unknown liquid was. There was also a leak under the washbasin.

Nice hotel, affordable price. The geographical location is in the city center so it is quite convenient for moving and traveling
