Quick and easy check in, friendly staff. Good options for a weekend stay.

The price almost doubled while we were staying as it was national holiday. Service was okay and room was just fine. It was not nearby to any metro station so we had to take Uber all the time.

I had an awesome stay even though I didn’t get a room with a window

Due to transportation issues, I needed to stay the night in Nanjing. I didn’t want to splurge on an expensive hotel, and opted for the Vienna International. I was pleasantly surprised! Considering the price, the amenities are very good. The room is spacious and very clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Central enough that you could get around. Check in and check out was fast and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend.

It was a great experience

I almost always stay in Vienna when I go out. I chose Vienna this time as well. However, the room hygiene was unexpectedly very poor. I booked a standard room and paid the difference to change to a large bed, but they gave me the room at the end. It was already midnight and I didn't change the room. After washing up and getting ready to go to bed, the bed sheet was torn and there was blood stains left by others. This is too disgusting for people who stay in hotels. The hygiene is too poor. When I checked out in the morning, I told the front desk, but the attitude of the front desk was very bad. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Should I report it to the leader? They didn't have a good face either. The service attitude was poor and the hygiene was poor.

The soundproofing is very poor and I was woken up in the morning. The room facilities and decoration are quite old.

The internet is smooth, there is no odor in the room, and there is no noise in the guest room. It is a good experience. The parking lot and lobby are really large and grand.
