Didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. The room was more like 2.5 stars that used to be 3 stars and the parking/lobby was more like 2 stars.

Really great hotel. Convenient location and good amenities especially the free coffee machine and cinema room. The staff are really amazing, very nice and helpful and outstanding service. The rooms are very clean, decently sized, and have a nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is new, the prices are average.
1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times.
2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture.
3. Breakfast does not match the description, "European breakfast" but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes.

I came to Nanjing for accommodation and chose this hotel after a long time. It is located near Xinjiekou, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to the Presidential Palace (if it rains with the elderly and children). We arrived at more than eight o'clock in the evening.
