Good Location. Good Stay

The hotel is in a accessible and good location with food places nearby. It’s my first time staying in a smart home which is a plus point when I’m tired and don’t want to move much after a long day. Enjoyed my stay here and will recommend.

The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping malls, transport, and the tourist sites. Our room was clean, very small, but neat and clean. Really excellent hot shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. The view isn't really nice. And the windows aren´t soundproof. So, it was very very very noisy.

Interesting to have smart home system in the room, experience was great. Staff experience was great too, though the cleaner left the window open without closing the mosquito net. Amenities was quite poor in the hotel though, just good for night slp. AC temp cannot be adjusted, so this can be a point for improvement too.

The hotel is located within the Xin Jie Kou area. Located nearby is a convenience store and a few shops which open till late at night. The room is very clean and the bathroom was huge.

Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful to our needs throughout our stay. They lent us a standing fan (due to our preference for cold at night) and replaced our missing room key without much hassle. Staff were also attentive to serve us hot drinks in the lobby when we were just waiting for a short while. Not just front counter staff, cleaning staff also deserve praise for good service and friendliness. Overall a super pleasant stay, would definitely come back again!

Their front desk team were very helpful and super nice - location of it also perfect, close to nice restaurant and public transport; the room is clean and spacious. The only downside was, its under some renovation, hence only 1 lift work and a bit dusty. Overall its a good stay!

Beautiful hotel, amazing and helpful stuff. The room is supper clean, with complimentary fruits and drinks. Definitely recommending it to my friends.

The hotel is very well located and is sited within walking distance to the 新街口 metro station and 明瓦廊美食街. The staff were pleasant, polite and attentive during my stay there. The reception team went out of the way and helped me to secure a non-smoking despite checking in late in the evening. The housekeeping staff kept my room clean and checked in on me to ensure that I had enough bottles of water and drinks. The smart house system was very helpful (provided you speak Mandarin). The dining facilities are quite small and it can be hard to get a table during the morning breakfast peak period. Special shout-out to Ms.孙风丽 who helped me to check out smoothly and patiently answer some of my queries.

This was a last minute booking as my regular hotel was unavailable but I have to admit this location and hotel is very convenient for anyone visiting the area the staff were very helpful and the room was lovely

Great hotel, a bit worn off but good overall… customer service could be better at the reception only one person was a bit upset maybe because we didn’t speak Chinese? I don’t really know but he wasn’t happy at all… didn’t explain anything, just handed the room card and we needed to work out the wifi password tho… I recommend the hotel overall was a good stay!

Place looks older than it is on photos. Very busy location and on site parking is very very bad.
