Amazing atmosphere, old traditional feeling, food absolutely amazing.

Stayed in the Queen's room and while the room was nice (clearly refurnished not too long ago) the thick carpets were stained and we could not identify if it was stains from blood or an unknown substances. Definitely not worth the price they are asking.

This is not a 5-star hotel and definitely not as advertised by ctrip. The rooms were in bad shape and the hotel's facilities are not well-maintained. This is a 3-star hotel, with a 5-start price and attitude.

The hotel is located by Baijia Lake, with convenient transportation, beautiful Chinese garden scenery, clean and tidy rooms, well-trained staff, rich variety of breakfast dishes, and you can enjoy the garden scenery while sitting in the restaurant. I am very satisfied and especially praise the lobby manager Wang and the restaurant manager Qian. They think about what the guests think and take the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding attractions. Because it rained on the day of check-in, they thoughtfully prepared umbrellas for us🌂Future reception arrangements will give priority to Lakeside Jinling👍

A budget hotel with a relatively high cost performance ratio. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The front desk, catering and room service are all very enthusiastic. The environment is quiet and beautiful, with pavilions, rockery waterfalls and koi lakes, which are very suitable for the elderly to take a walk. It is not too far from Jiangning Golden Eagle and Jingfeng.

Nanjing Lakeside Jinling Hotel is located in Baijia Lake, with beautiful natural scenery. The garden-style hotel changes scenery as you move. The rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and full of flavor. The environment is elegant. I have visited three times in the past year. I highly recommend it! The lake around the hotel is shimmering, and the reflections of the two bridges under the moonlight are charming, which is very beautiful! There are many modern business districts and brands, which meet the needs of people of all ages to visit, shop, eat and play. It is a good choice for business, leisure and vacation!

The location of the hotel is very good. Baijia Lake is right outside the window. It is very close to Niu Shou Mountain. Jingfeng, Golden Eagle, Sun City, and the famous 1912 are just a stone's throw away. The hotel environment is very quiet, the room is very cool, the facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly. We have stayed here many times and it feels like home.

It is worthy of the Jinling brand, and I am very satisfied. It is a night train, and it takes about 10 minutes by taxi from Nanjing South Railway Station. It arrived at nearly 11 o'clock. The front desk greeted me with a smile when I checked in, and upgraded breakfast, which made me feel tired. Fruits and snacks were already prepared in the room, and a night bed service was provided. The greetings from the housekeeping department were all handwritten in beautiful handwriting, which was heartwarming. It is a garden-style hotel, with most rooms on the first and second floors. Although it was established in 2001, the items are well maintained, and the quality of the old five-star hotel is trustworthy. It was very quiet, the yard was large, and there was an outdoor lakeside lawn for rest. The service was also great. Manager Chen who received us on the day of check-in was polite and thoughtful. It was impressive. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Nanjing~~

The hygiene is ridiculously poor. The service attitude of the fat guy at the front desk is also very bad. I don't know why he is so arrogant. I stayed here before and it was pretty good. This time it was really uncomfortable. It was dirty everywhere. The hair was not cleaned up. Everyone should avoid it. The room is old and small, and it is still dirty now.

I felt the warm service at the front desk. I was upgraded and got two breakfasts. I wanted to change hotels the next day, but I changed my mind and stayed another night. The hotel is right by the Baijia Lake, with a garden environment. The breakfast and noodle buffet (free of charge) let us taste first-class Huaiyang cuisine. Except that the room facilities are not very advanced (but clean and easy to use), everything else is very good, and the parking lot is super large👍

The hotel is right by Baijia Lake. You can see the lake view on the balcony. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the hygiene and service are definitely five-star standards. The hotel service staff is absolutely meticulous. It was Mother's Day. As soon as I entered the room, I was moved by the dolls made of bath towels and various small gifts. I was moved. Let's talk about the hotel's breakfast. It is mainly Chinese breakfast with rich varieties, especially Nanjing local snacks. A bowl of duck blood vermicelli is so delicious, and Xiaolongbao, etc., you can eat authentic snacks without leaving the hotel. The service of the restaurant is even better. My mother is 90 years old. As long as there are stairs, they will come to help the elderly. Is there a restaurant manager to ask what you need and how is the food? If you need anything, they will personally bring you coffee and tea. On the last day, when they heard that we were going to take the high-speed train, they immediately made us lattes in take-out paper cups so that we could take them on the road. This stay was really great. The environment, service, and dining were all very comfortable and fun. I will bring my mother to Nanjing in the fall and stay at the Lakeside Jinling Hotel. The service guy at the front desk was also very considerate and personally brought the luggage to the room.
