Room was cold, no slippers, didn't smell fresh, no mini fridge whereas the other room previously booked there before had the aforementioned. staff wasn't helpful.

Nice service, clean room. But the internet is so slow that I cannot even watch video. Furthermore, you can hear noise from outside or other room quite loudly.

I like the hotel location because it's near of my daughter's university. Always is clean and comfortable. The front desk personal are very friendly and help me when I need something. The parking is enough.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights at the begining, however, i had to extend my stay due to some problems with my flight booking. The hotel is close to the metro station (Zhushanlu) and Baijiahu 1912. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly . The room was super clean . I really enjoyed my stay here. If you are looking for a nice, quite clean hotel, I totally recommend this one.

The lady at the reception was so kind and nice and even offered some nice breakfast.The check out time was 2pm too ,2 hours more than the usual 12. Would stay again

As someone who often stays in hotels, this trip was really unpleasant. First: It’s 2023, and you need to go to the takeout rack on the first floor to pick up the 300 or so hotel takeaways, Figure 1. Second: The towels and bath towels in the room are a mix of old and new, picture 2. Third: The bathroom is very small, and fat people will never be able to get in, picture 3. There were no curtains in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk and said they forgot to install them. The room next door was noisy in the middle of the night until two in the morning. There were shocking ***** hair and blood stains on the quilt in the room, and there was a pickled cigarette smell on the quilt.
