Guests were unable to use hot water in the morning. Although we tried our best to repair it, we deeply apologize for bringing you a bad stay experience! Due to the setting of the stylish business room you booked, it is indeed slightly closer to the elevator (the room diagonally opposite the elevator aisle). This is not a deliberate arrangement by the front desk. Please understand!
