Continuing from where I left or from my previous submitted comments: overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable (mainly due to the friendliness + helpfulness of hotel staff) therefore we extended our stay and spent a few more days in Nanjing. Rooms were cosy enough but perhaps (just a personal opinion) more options can be made available - a queen size bed coupled with a single (currently the trend) sofa beds in most of those Holiday Inn rooms, instead of a standard sofa (perfect for small families) plus pay per view offerings. Not forgetting free breakfast coupons for three (since we booked as and indicated three pax) my 5cts worth, my many years of moonlighting as a mystery shopper for an American company.. So to say that, in this review is a truly four star rating for a “four star hotel” but the final verdict is a three star score. All shortcomings were resolved by the team (the people) hotel amenities and etc. Definitely room for improvements and my mission to deliver truthful, useful and accurate information (for the sake of future potential guests)

Hampton by Hilton Nanjing Jiangning is located at the intersection of Shanggao Road and Dongqi Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing. The address is: No. 88 Shanggao Road, Dongshan Street. There are two entrances for cars, convenient parking, good facilities, good sanitary environment, and good service attitude. I will come again if I have the chance!

The service was very good. We were half an hour late when we returned to the hotel with our baby. The pretty lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us extend the check-out time by half an hour. I am really grateful! I plan to stay here again when I come to Nanjing next time!

The room is purple in theme. The front desk helped to upgrade the room type when checking in. A small gift was given when checking out. This hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and bright, fully equipped and very clean. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast is rich and varied. The overall stay experience is excellent, the price-performance ratio is super high, highly recommended!

Takeaways can be delivered to the door by robots, which is good Disadvantages 1. I checked in in mid-November. The temperature has not dropped in mid-November this year. The temperature in the room is still hot and stuffy. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner but found that Nanjing may not have central air conditioning in November. It can neither cool nor heat. It can only ventilate. I sweat all over when I sleep at night 2. The address is not in the downtown area. There are not many places to eat in the directory. There is nothing else. It is about 10 kilometers away from Nanjing Museum. I especially want to thank their waiter. I missed the towel when I left. They contacted me and helped me express it back. Thank you very much! Very satisfied! Nanjing is very good, I will come again next time!

The facilities are good and the room is big, but the surrounding area is remote. There is a private hospital next door. There is no place to eat and no small supermarket. It is inconvenient to buy something. You can only take a taxi to get in and out. I checked out after staying for one day. BTW It is quite close to Niu Shou Mountain

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for self-driving tourists. You can get to the city center by car in about ten minutes, and it takes no more than twenty minutes to get to Xuanwu Lake. The service staff is very nice, but the hotel facilities are a bit old.

Unexpected check-in experience, the whole process was very good and enthusiastic. Originally, a box of materials was mailed to me. When I went to pick it up, a girl with glasses at the front desk said it was a bit heavy and took the initiative to help me carry it to the room. I didn't feel well at night and didn't want to go out, so I ordered takeout. The service staff also delivered it to the room, which was very considerate. There was also a big sister who cooked vermicelli soup in the restaurant. She was kind and polite. I didn't know what condiments to add, and she took the initiative to recommend it to me when I was still hesitating, hahaha.
