The room exceeded my expectations. I thought the old hotel might be a bit old, but the room after the renovation is still OK. The only regret is that the shower water is not big enough. I especially want to praise the front desk waiters Xiao Liu, Xiao Chen, and Xiao Li for their warm and thoughtful service. The restaurant dinner is also good, and the waiters are also very good

因為爸爸媽媽想遊秦淮河，毫不猶疑選擇這家酒店，地理位置沒得説，非常好。因為入住當天碰到市政管理臨時停水，都想換酒店了。酒店負責人及時給到反饋並解釋情況，幫忙親自聯繫附近可換酒店的同時態度誠懇地爭取，希望家人再給酒店彌補的機會。最終，家人還是選擇住下來。當天晚上雖然有些些不方便，但給到的服務體驗很好。為酒店的工作人員點贊👍

酒店大堂經理吳娜女士的對客用心讓我非常感動，
她會關注到我帶着長者和孩子的不便，主動為我提供服務。幫助我們打開電梯，送我們到房間的小細節都做的非常用心，晚上還特意回訪了我們入住的感受。第二天因為早上七點多就要離開酒店，來不及吃早餐，大堂經理劉震威還為孩子和長者送上了精美的伴手禮和酸奶，讓我在入住的過程中感到了更多的温暖。再此也非常感謝住店期間大堂經理小陳和小金的服務，期待下次入住。
