A fabulous stay! We took our daughter and went with another couple and their son for a short getaway. The location and amenities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall we had a very pleasant time and hope to go back.

We really enjoyed live there. First we were little surprise that personal hosted manager introduce us every thing which might be interested to us. He is a very warm and kind person. When we asked him about a museum. He used his own break time to get all information we need. We highly recommend this RitzCarlton. The executive lounge is also great，food and view. Services were excellent.

Key highlights: - location! Right next to Deji Plaza which has a wide selection of shops and restaurants and is even connected to the Xinjiekou subway stop - great service. Felt attended to and everyone was polite and smiling.

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. The location is perfect, the views incredible, the food delicious, and the people, perfect. Thank you.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, located in Nanjing CBD, is definitely the No. 1 Ritz-Carlton in Asia and the ceiling of luxury hotels in Nanjing. Before entering the store, Doreen contacted me and told me that I would be upgraded to the executive floor on the 60th floor. The surprise journey began. On the way to check in to the hotel, we encountered a rainstorm. As soon as the car stopped, the handsome guy from the concierge department rushed forward to welcome us in, enthusiastically handed over the luggage card and sent me to the elevator leading to the lobby on the 38th floor. When I finished the check-in formalities and entered 6001, the doorbell rang and the luggage arrived almost at the same time. The speed of Ritz-Carlton's service amazed me. The store is exquisitely decorated and reveals a rich cultural atmosphere. The luxury style is fully displayed in the details. Then, when I entered the executive lounge on the 58th floor, modern luxury and Baroque classicism complement each other. Ying, the afternoon tea set cleverly combines sweet and salty flavors. Doris, the manager on duty, kept coming up to ask about my well-being. Knowing that I don’t drink sweet drinks, she personally brought me sparkling water with ice cubes, which made me feel like spring breeze. Then in the evening, the happy hour for two in the executive lounge surprised me again. Compared with the five-star or even super five-star luxury hotels I have stayed in, the happy hour at Ritz-Carlton has the most elegant environment and the richest dishes, including seafood, Chinese food, Japanese food, Western food, desserts, drinks, and fresh fruits. The speed of replenishment is breathtaking. The pan-fried foie gras, salmon and other delicious dishes on the open counter are irresistible, especially the supervisor Gray and foreman Jane led the employee Leah.Johnson to serve together. Delivering meals and drinks warms the stomach and heart! When the aftertaste of happy hour was still lingering in my mouth, I returned to the room. The high-quality turndown service made me feel warm, showing the Ritz-Carlton's attention to detail and value-added service. At night, I rested peacefully in the 60th floor of the cloud, surrounded by soft bedding. The room is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, and the Huaiyang cuisine on the 39th floor is also very delicious, such as pomelo lily, etc. The hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. You can walk to the Jiangning Weaving Museum or the Yihe Old Street. Especially visiting the most expensive toilet in the country, it was such an interesting experience!

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing for a week. I originally booked only five days, but I stayed for two more days. I have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou and the Portman Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai before. My feeling is that the Ritz-Carlton in Nanjing is definitely the ceiling of the Ritz-Carlton in China! Check-in is very fast, unlike the Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai where you have to queue up. The food delivery is fast and good, and the desserts are very delicious. The more basic room types are also very spacious. I like the layout of the desk here. There are many high-quality books in the room. The TV projection screen is very good, and the scenery seen from the window makes people feel happy physically and mentally. On the last day, I was uncomfortable because of stomach problems, and the staff of the housekeeping department took the initiative to prepare stomach-warming tea for me; seeing that there were medicines on my table, the housekeeping department also prepared medicine boxes, and they would carefully write small cards by hand. I was cured more than once in the week here. As a person who lives in a hotel 365 days a year, I used to feel that the hotel service I experienced at this price, although the attitude was good, was inevitably a little cold and distant. This trip to the Ritz-Carlton in Nanjing made me feel full of warmth and human touch. Fortunately, I chose the Ritz-Carlton in the worst and most collapsed days. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will choose Ritz-Carlton!

I chose a hotel that I liked 👧🏻. This time I chose the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing and I was deeply 👧🏻❤️: it is convenient to get to anywhere in the city center, and the key is that it has direct access to Deji! Needless to say, the geographical location is very close to Xinjiekou Deji (Exit 7 of Xinjiekou Metro Station). The hotel's exterior and interior decoration are noble and luxurious without losing nature, fresh and elegant but outstanding. Lying comfortably on the beauty mattress, listening to the beautiful melody of the Tivoli speakers, falling asleep sweetly... The hotel is not only beautiful in appearance, but also rich in connotation. The service team is professional and considerate, and food, clothing, housing and transportation are all taken care of.
