Upgraded to a super room. Nice staff and good location. I went there for concert close to stadium. It is convenient as shops nearby and Starbucks next door.

The Han Yue Lou Hotel is incredibly accommodating for families. They provided a baby crib for our one-year-old, who slept soundly throughout our two-day stay. The location is excellent, especially if you're attending a concert, as the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the stadium. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a delightful surprise of cheese and salami. We were thrilled since we miss cheese so much in China, lol. The view from the hotel was also wonderful, and we absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again. A big shoutout to Tom! He was an outstanding staff member who assisted us with check-in, finding missing items, and parking. We truly appreciate his help.

Excellent. Hotel team was friendly and helpful. Manager was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is complete. Family Room was amazing with espetacular view of the city. I strongly recommend the hotel.

The place was a bit hard to find as the signs were in Chinese. Luckily I called and Tom the manager answered and was able to speak to me in English. Tom and the staff were excellent to deal with. Very accommodating and it was a nice feeling. The views from the hotel are quite nice, one direction is overseeing the Olympic stadium. I did a run around the stadium it was excellent. The rooms were clean and nothing to really complain about. Close to the metro train only 450 metre walk to the hotel. If you don't read Chinese, just look for the mall right before it and there is a Starbucks at the corner of the entrance.

The staff were very friendly.The only comment is they adverirtise a Western style restaurant which is shut down and a pub that does not exist .They should remove this outdated information from their website.Thank You

It's so great~ Bring 👩 to 👀Shen Shen Concert~ While waiting in line to check in, I looked around and saw many young mothers bringing their daughters to watch, and there was also a father bringing his daughter to watch the concert~ When checking in, I saw that the front desk was very considerate to give fans headbands, and I was looking forward to it hahaha🤣But maybe my features are not obvious, the brother didn't give me one😭So I asked the front desk for one🤣Thanks to the brother, he helped me find 2 different headbands~Thank you!!! 😆 The room is big, the bed is high, and it's very comfortable~ The free bottled water provided by the hotel is placed on the sink in the bathroom🤣I didn't find it in the bedroom, and I almost called to send water hahahahahahahahaha🤣 The breakfast is very rich, toast with butter🧈 is super fragrant, and there is also my favorite duck blood vermicelli soup, which seems to have hearts added to it (it looks like chicken hearts?), so delicious!!! Chili oil lovers added 3 tablespoons of chili, and then I remembered that the spiciness of Nanjing is much spicier than that of Suzhou, so I asked the auntie at the noodle stall, and she told me that the chili oil is not spicy, but the yellow chili sauce is spicy~ Thank you! Very delicious😋 It would be great if ice cubes were provided for breakfast hahahahaha~ I really want to add ice cubes to my coffee☕️🧊~ But it may be that I didn’t find it myself🤣 In short, the buffet breakfast is highly recommended, very convenient and tastes good~ After breakfast, when we returned to the room, the cleaning auntie on the 23rd floor took the initiative to greet us: "Good morning~" The service is great, real name like👍 A little suggestion: If the efficiency of check-in can be improved a little bit🤏It would be better😆 The overall is great, I came to the 👀Shen Shen concert, and I found this very high-quality hotel, which was full of gains~ I will stay here next time I watch the concert~🤣

This hotel is very cost-effective. Maybe because it is off-season, my room was upgraded to a suite for free. I am very grateful for the thoughtful arrangement of the business. I especially like the swimming pool here. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is open to the public and there were children taking classes during my stay. Overall, the experience is very good and the service is very good.

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the service staff is friendly and professional. It is an ideal choice whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip. I like the separate table when I order takeout, it feels like being in a private room in a high-end restaurant.

The location is perfect for watching concerts. You can walk to the Olympic Sports Center from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. There is a shopping mall opposite the gate where you can eat and drink. The overall color of the hotel is a bit dark. The room is large but the facilities are a bit old. For example, the sliding door of the bathroom is not smooth, the TV cannot project the screen, and the switch design of the lights, curtains and air conditioners is not very reasonable and not easy to use. However, the service is good. In summary, I am generally satisfied
