The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the room temperature is centralized, and it became quite warm during our stay (with outside temperatures ranging from 18-22°C, while the room temperature was 22-25°C). However, the hotel staff swiftly rectified the issue by providing us with an air cooler and offering complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they gifted us fruits upon check-out. The service was truly superb. One thing to note is that the hotel is located far from the city, about a 45-minute car ride from the main tourist attractions.

The room and service are very satisfactory! We usually stay at Qinhuai when we go to Nanjing for business trips. This is our first time to stay at Qinhuai. Although it is far from the city, it is quiet, and the overall environment, room, service, and breakfast are all great! The lake view room has a great view!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It is located near Exit 2 of Machou East Road on Metro Line 3, which makes travel very convenient. The breakfast buffet is on the first floor, and the dining environment is cozy and comfortable. The service is considerate and in place. They called me the day before check-in to understand the situation and helped me upgrade my lake view room so that I can see the lakeside running track. Unfortunately, I didn't go running around the lake this time due to time constraints. I'll have a chance next time.
