The hotel staff were so kind, cheerful and understanding. Seems like except reception staff they can't speak English but we can speak Chinese so it was not a big problem. But even if you can't speak Chinese, I'm sure they will do their best to understand and help. Breakfast was really good, there were so many options and staff were so helpful. Hot spring needs additional 80 RMB but it deserved its price. Hotel was a little old but not a big problem, price/performance ratio is okay. There were no issue with cleanliness.
