This is my first time staying at Nanjing Marriott Hotel. It is very close to the subway station. There are two large shopping malls, Golden Eagle and Jingfeng, nearby, which meet my shopping needs very well. After shopping, I walked back to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The concierge Alan greeted me warmly and directed the check-in location. There was light music in the lobby, which made people relax slowly. When I checked in at the front desk, Annie helped me with the check-in procedures, specially helped to upgrade the room and delayed the check-out for two hours. She was really attentive and always answered my questions very enthusiastically. Jessie also enthusiastically gave me a welcome drink coupon and directed me how to go. This hotel is worth recommending. The overall experience of this hotel is very good. The breakfast on the 5th floor is rich and varied, and it is in the form of a buffet. Hahahaha, I will definitely choose Nanjing Marriott Hotel again when I come to Nanjing next time. It is worth recommending! !

Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs: 前台佳佳小董陈鹏孙晨曦陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action. 佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me. 春梅 - 客房经理王主管 - 客服主管 Housekeeping team is amazing. 王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad. 春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room. I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

Stayed 4 nights for a family of three. Decided on a 60sqm suite and the room was huge and comfortable. The concierge and reception were very helpful especially 姬雨彤, out of her own initiative, helped my daughter secure an extra pass to the executive lounge as the room came with only 2 passes, which wld've caused us some trouble. Location is excellent as it is connected to the metro and the surrounding major shopping complex in Nanjing.

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, business-like ambience, state of the art service. Location is ok. It's right next to the Pioneer Library, a very famous art library and is also within 30 minutes or so to other cool places like a water park, the Nanjing City Wall, Nanjing Eye (a bridge). Not many restaurant options nearby but the hotel foods is pretty good. There's a Japanese restaurant nearby and an Italian one called La Mia Casa is worth a visit. Very good hotel overall. No complaints except for costly dinner (148 RMB per person per buffet meal).

It is wonderful hotel with friendly receptionist and nice deco room. The breakfast and executive lounge foods very delicious. The location is in the centrum and near metro station. The room is quite big and with beautiful view. The indoor swim pool is big and clean. Everything's I met is good memory for me. I am sure I will come back when I visit Nanjing again.

This is my 3rd stayed at Novotel. Location is more than perfect. Metro and Maga shopping malls are just across the street. Foods are plenty within 500m. Room is clean and hygienic. Bed is comfortable. Price is reasonable.Will be back again. Just to share, Previously used to use agoda and have been using for the past 15 years, averagely 5 booking yearly. But this time use Trip.com. Made a booking on 26Oct for 27Oct-4Nov to GZ, and realised made a mistake on the dates. Cancelled by mistake and realised there was a cancellation fees of 13%, amount 700CNY. Agoda claimed that the hotel refused the refund, but the money was collected by agoda instead. They lied repeatedly and pretended to assist to send email to the hotel management and kept pushing the blame to the hotel. I did another booking via trip.com and verified with the hotel. Integrity is an issue. No trust anymore. As such, start using Trip.com. In addition, trip.com give higher rewards.

According to local - best hotel in Nanjing. Excellent check in smiling service - maybe am lucky, check out procedure - not friendly at all. Front office needs more training. Room, breakfast - all good. Room TV - very very very old, needs a super urgent upgrade, TV made in China - today terms is not expensive $$$. Take off old TV & bad check out service, a recommended hotel to stay
