Hardware issues: 1 ~ The shower was blocked and the shower head was splashing. It is recommended to repair it as soon as possible. 2 ~ The TV was faulty. The repair guy kept complaining: TV failure is a common situation. He is responsible for the network, not a professional repairman. 3 ~ I went out at night and the room card was invalid. After re-making the card at the front desk, it still could not be swiped. I notified the security guard to come and deliver the card, but he did not come for a long time. Fortunately, the night shift female receptionist was more diligent and took the initiative to deliver the card. Front desk issues: 1 ~ The male and female receptionists at check-in need to be trained more! Female receptionist: The first sentence to the guest is, how much is the room rate you booked for this stay? Male receptionist: The first reaction to the room change caused by the TV failure is to let the guest go down to change the room card. After being rejected, he is willing to deliver the card. 2 ~ The female receptionist at the night shift and the male receptionist at check-out are both good, patient and positive. Suggestions: You need to wait for a few minutes to take a taxi during non-peak hours during the day and night. Other customers who are in a hurry can take a taxi in advance.

After checking out, the child left the room with a small bag. There were some children's pocket money in the bag. The staff contacted us in time and sent it back to SF Express. Thank you very much 🙏🏻👍🏻. Although the hotel is not in the tourist center, the subway can be reached in ten minutes, and the transportation is convenient and not noisy. Probably the nicest room throughout all the hotels we stayed in during our trip! This was an unexpected find as our original booking got cancelled by the hotel, and hence this was a replacement. But wonderful stay here! The room is neat and clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, hotel was accommodating to our requests (didn’t know that their WeChat chat thing works for requests too — ended up with double of what I requested, oops). The room was spacious and had enough space for 3 luggages PLUS ample walking space. Hotel also provided some complimentary drinks in the fridge as well. This hotel also has a gym and laundry area — complimentary use for hotel guests (which we appreciated it so much)! There’s some food downstairs and one of the shops that open till late night offers delivery up to the room. There’s also a mini mart nearby for things like snacks and beverages. It is a 5 mins walk from Nanjing South Railway Station (walk across the huge plain pathway and cross the road, one of the tall buildings there would be the hotel). We were so reluctant nearer to check out as it was so comfortable in the room! We had a great stay here and will definitely be a choice hotel to stay at if we return! PS. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

The hotel is easy to find. Turn right at the North Square of Nanjing South Railway Station and it is a hundred meters away in the southwest corner. The room is dry and wet separated. The only drawback is that the room on the third floor has to cross an office area, which feels discounted. Moreover, the accommodation room on the third floor has just been renovated and has a strong smell. The store owner has thoughtfully placed an air purifier in the room. I believe he also knows the problem, but it is recommended that the store owner turn on the air purifier in advance to remove the smell in advance. It really feels uncomfortable when I just enter the room😔

If you want to stay close to Nanjing South station this hotel is suitable for you. Location is not bad, it on corner of big street and close to Nanjing South station. Bed is comfortable on day time it a bit noisy of neighbors because this time have contraction. Check processes quite simple and staff good. Amenities is clean but have some damage examples towel have hole and in bathroom roofs is dirty. Bathroom shower a bit old 233 but it’s ok. Anyway overall it is ok if hotel can change some weaknesses.

The environment is very good. There is a large shopping mall downstairs and the subway is on the bottom floor of the shopping mall. It is very convenient to go to tourist attractions. The house is very newly furnished, the bed is very big and comfortable, and it is also great to watch movies on the giant screen. The staff are also very warm and thoughtful.
