Newly opened, very clean, cost-effective, convenient for travel in the city center

The check-in experience was great. When I checked in for the first time, they helped me upgrade my room type, registered me as a member, and gave me free breakfast. They also reminded me that when I registered as a member for the first time, four bottles of drinks in the mini bar were given for free. Although I don't usually drink drinks, this kind of thought and warmth made me feel very comfortable. It happened that the weather was bad these few days, with rain and snow in Nanjing, but every time I entered the hotel lobby, I felt extra warm, especially when I met the lobby manager who smiled very kindly and patiently helped me (I didn't even ask his name), I felt it was worth staying again next time.

We booked a ticket to see the red leaves at Qixia Mountain. The scenic spot was still some distance away, so we set out early in the morning but there was still traffic jam.

-Location: The hotel is right on the train station square. It can be said to be very close. The subway entrance is right outside the door. It is also convenient to go anywhere and has direct access to attractions. -Environment: Usually the conditions near the train station are not very good, but here it is very good. The facilities are new and clean. The windowless room is not stuffy. It is a comfortable stay. The whole hotel smells good. The fragrance smells good. -Service: There are security guards at the entrance on the first floor. They check the rooms one by one at night and will not let any non-occupants in. It is very safe haha You can store your luggage for free, so you don’t have to worry about catching the train after you’ve finished playing.

I was traveling to Nanjing and had no special itinerary, so I chose this new hotel to stay for four nights. The location of the hotel is not very good. There is an uphill station from the subway station. The sidewalk is too narrow and full of battery carts. You can only take the lane with your suitcases. Moreover, there are many people when the subway is in the wrong direction. It is all the way out from the airport. It took more than an hour to get to the destination station. It is recommended to take a taxi. Apart from the average location, other aspects of this hotel are very good. The room is big, the bed is big, the toilet is good, the quality of the slippers is very satisfactory, the breakfast is OK, and I slept well. There was no noise problem for a few nights. The most important thing is that the cleaning was very clean every day, and it was very fast. The room could be tidied up after three hours after leaving the house, so it was quite cost-effective to take a taxi. Digression: The taxis in Nanjing (T3) are really old and dilapidated, and the interior of the taxi is also very dirty.

This stay was very satisfying. The hotel's service attitude was particularly good. The staff always maintained a friendly smile. Xiao Liang and Xiao Ding at the front desk were very friendly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. There was also a self-service laundry room. The aromatherapy on the floor and in the room smelled great. Recommended to all friends. Nanjing people are really great!

Before booking, I read a bunch of bad reviews about the nearby Pudding Hotel on the Internet for a long time. In a confused mood, I came to see this B&B thinking that it would definitely not be any better. Unexpectedly, I was shocked the moment it opened the door. I was stunned, almost exclaimed, such a warm and romantic layout. The most awesome thing is the floor of this toilet. The tiles are inlaid with gold edges. They are high-end and luxurious. They have an aura of luxury and nobility. The proprietress also helped find a parking space. You can park your car safely for 24 hours. You don’t have to worry about being asked to move your car, so you can take the exam with peace of mind. marvelous

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.
