The hotel is quite nice. The room was quiet. The location is okay but it’s a little bit far from the metro. There’s a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant. The only issue was the staff were quite unhelpful. We were on the 26th floor and ordered delivery. They have a robot which delivers items to the rooms but they robot won’t take food or drinks. There are several staff members downstairs but nobody to take items upstairs in place of the robot. Staff seem quite lazy and ingenious. You can probably find better hotels with better trained and more competent staff.

This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!
