The entrance is not easy to find. The hotel name is a little unclear. I went in from the side. The sanitation was very clean. There were disinfectant wipes next to the toilet. I liked this very much. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel's young ladies and brothers. They are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I like them very much. I also like the Xiaodu robot very much. It will welcome you as soon as you enter the door. It's fun. If there is anything I am not satisfied with, it is probably the toothbrush. For me, the toothbrush head is too big, and the toothbrush inside is not comfortable. I hope that it will be improved when I stay in Nanjing next time. Come on!

Probably the nicest room throughout all the hotels we stayed in during our trip! This was an unexpected find as our original booking got cancelled by the hotel, and hence this was a replacement. But wonderful stay here! The room is neat and clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, hotel was accommodating to our requests (didn’t know that their WeChat chat thing works for requests too — ended up with double of what I requested, oops). The room was spacious and had enough space for 3 luggages PLUS ample walking space. Hotel also provided some complimentary drinks in the fridge as well. This hotel also has a gym and laundry area — complimentary use for hotel guests (which we appreciated it so much)!
There’s some food downstairs and one of the shops that open till late night offers delivery up to the room. There’s also a mini mart nearby for things like snacks and beverages. It is a 5 mins walk from Nanjing South Railway Station (walk across the huge plain pathway and cross the road, one of the tall buildings there would be the hotel). We were so reluctant nearer to check out as it was so comfortable in the room! We had a great stay here and will definitely be a choice hotel to stay at if we return!

Two cute robots to delivery goods and inside room got smart AI room service that will have quite fun to talk to. got there laundry room usage for customers with free of charged. only improvement needed is there language beside mandarin and front desk officer be more helpful for foreigner customer.

Atour Hotel is my favorite hotel this time. It is very clean and cozy, especially the comfort of the bed and pillows. It feels like home. I feel very comfortable and refreshed in the morning. We are a family of three staying here. A room was particularly chosen by my husband and son for sleeping at night, but this time I gave it full praise. The service girl at the front desk was also very kind and had a very good attitude. There was another detail. When the elevator arrived, we got on it. A cleaning lady saw us in the elevator, so she didn't get on the elevator and said to let us go first. I called the sister to come up and she said she would wait for the next elevator. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk was very considerate. I was given a few bottles of water💦. All in all, I was very satisfied this time. I will look for Duoya Hotel next time.

The hotel is very close to the North Square of Nanjing South Railway Station. When you exit the North Square, go right and you will see the hotel!
Although the room is not big, it is decorated with wood, very textured and comfortable!
The hair dryer is separate, not mounted on the wall, and has enough wind and heat!
The indoor air conditioner can adjust the mode by itself, whether it is cooling, heating or blowing air, it can all operate normally!
Hot water for bathing and sink is available in the morning and evening!

YYeyouqiThe front desk service was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The takeaway we ordered was delivered by a robot. The room was not big, but it was clean and exquisite. However, there was no intelligent voice control of lights, curtains, alarm clocks, etc. In Wenzhou, mobile phones can be wirelessly charged, which can be improved. Other things are pretty good, especially the staff are very considerate.

AAnonymous UserThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

MMs HotelierBath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

When I checked in at the front desk, the two beauties were very enthusiastic and helped me tear off the film of my luggage at the airport. This service is really not available in many star-rated hotels. There were two beautiful front desk staff, one was Mingyan and the other one's name was not remembered. Their services were very professional and in place. They were enthusiastic and attentive. The male front desk staff brought me another bottle of water until I left the hotel. It was really meticulous. Although the hotel facilities are not the newest, it is very clean, the room has no odor, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I will stay here again next time. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

The overall stay experience is still very comfortable, simple and clean.
Before check-in, I was fortunate to have the administrative manager Shelia contact in advance to upgrade to an executive room. The experience of the executive floor is still good. There are executive light meals and executive lounges in the evening, which are plus points!
The room is very comfortable, the bed is just the right hardness, the room space is still relatively large (forgot to take a photo), and the breakfast service is also good.
Again, a small recommendation👍

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the stay experience. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a great space for guests to maintain their workout routine.
